Had a great experience with Mr Saiful and his team. I wanted to visit Perhentian on a weekend and couldnt find accommodation anywhere and I messaged Mr Saiful and he arranged accommodation and speedboat within an hour for me and my family. He was also always very quick to reply to me. Will recommend to everyone who wishes to visit Perhentian.

This company is absolutely reliable. We had an emergency and needed to leave the perhentian islands before the scheduled departing times and they offered to pick us up giving us a really reasonable price even though we communicated last minute. They even reduced the total price, because of the ticket we had already purchased. And above all they gave us a ride to the bus station because we were in extreme hurry. Thank you for everything 🙏

Impressive Staffs were very helpful answering all my queries. They were very kind to allow me to change the tour date as my work schedule was changed. (I booked with advanced payment over the website.) On the day, they were reachable over WhatsApp, making sure I did not miss the boat. The tour guide/boat rider was also caring. He looked after all tourists by pointing the right spot to observe turtle, signaled if people swim to strong current area.

RUN AWAY! GO AWAY!!! We contacted them by email to find accomodation in Perhentian. Tourist trap! We found accommodation in Perhentian in August through this agency. We were required to pay 100% of our reservation via bank transfer, and to purchase the 2-way jetty with them. So from Europe we paid a lot of bank commission. We tried to propose different arrangement, but no flexibility by their part. As in high season we had to accept their conditions. Once we arrived at their agency to collect the voucher, we were asked for more money, we were threatened that if we didn't pay them they would leave us without accommodation. We also went to the police, but unfortunately communication was difficult... So we gave in to this mafia blackmail, but agencies like these ruin people's holidays... Instead, I recommend Sunny travel, a serious agency, which tried to help us. EDIT: we don't trust this "excuse" of bank expenses as we already payed and I see it on my bank account. Also, very low level the fake call to the hotel to cancel our reservation, you are beasts!
